Labnetworx is a privately owned healthcare management company founded in 2005.

We offer management and consulting services in the field of clinical laboratory technology, quality systems, healthcare informatics and laboratory outsourcing.

Sunil K Tadepalli, MD

Labnetworx is led by Dr Sunil Tadepalli, who has more than 20 years of experience in the Clinical Diagnostics & Pharmaceutical Industry in India & the Middle-East.

From 2007 to 2010, Dr Tadepalli was the Vice President - Laboratory Operations at Medsol, a part of Gulf Healthcare International, a clinical laboratory management company based in Dubai, UAE. At Medsol, he was responsible for integrating the operations of 9 acquired laboratories in the UAE. Five of the labs achieved ISO 15189 accreditation and three were accredited by Joint Commission International. He was also responsible for setting up a state-of-the-art clinical laboratory in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Previously, Dr Tadepalli has worked as General Manager, Biotechnology & Licensing and Corporate Affairs at Ranbaxy, India's leading pharmaceutical company. He has a good knowledge of the Medical Biotechnology Industry as well as Regulatory and Public Policy issues.

From 1998 to 2003, Sunil was General Manager for the Dade Behring Business at Ranbaxy Diagnostics. During this time the installed base of Automated Chemistry and Special Chemistry systems increased manifold in India. This success was propelled by his meticulous attention to quality systems and excellent customer support.

Earlier, Dr Tadepalli was employed at Specialty Ranbaxy Limited (SRL), India's first Clinical Reference Laboratory with a nation-wide presence. At SRL, he was involved with almost all aspects of setting up a state-of-the-art lab including Operations, Information Systems, Quality Systems and Accreditation as well as marketing of esoteric tests to the medical community.

Following his medical degree, Dr Tadepalli received his post-graduate degree in Medical Biochemistry from Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

Ganesan Ramadurai

Director - Business Development

Ganesan Ramadurai is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in the Pharma & Life Science industry. Working with Pharma majors like Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, he helped in the implementation of various business solutions in India and overseas. He started his career way in 1985 and moved to IT application development in 1990 on legacy ERP systems – since then he has been part of every technology and business transition in the Pharma industry. His forte is implementation of ERP, CRM, e-Commerce & Business Intelligence projects.

Ramadurai is a graduate in Economics from University of Madras, PGDPM in Project Management from University of Hyderabad and has certifications from Microsoft, SAP, and Mercury Interactive. He has participated in numerous workshops and in-house management development programs. He is passionate about IT projects of any nature, software quality, business analytics, e-Governance, pre-sales support and business development.

Ami Sharma

Ami Sharma has more than 6 years of experience in biocharacterization & in vivo pharmacology-efficacy studies for protein based rDNA and well versed with GLP, ICH, WHO, EMEA, ENVISA, US-FDA and other regulatory body requirements.

From 2001 - 2008, Ami was Senior Research Associate at Indus Biotherapeutics Ltd, a research division of Intas Biopharmaceutical Ltd. based in Gujarat, India. She was responsible for establishing in vitro cell culture lab. for potency assays for protein based drugs and bio-characterization / bio-analytical lab. for characterizing functional aspects of protein based drugs. She was also a part of the team responsible for orientation-training new joinees in the R & D Dept.

Ami Sharma received her post-graduate degree in BioMedical Technology from Gujarat University and further pursed DL-101 General Course on Intellectual Property from WIPO Worldwide Academy, Geneva followed by Advanced Course - DL-204E Biotechnology and Intellectual Property from WIPO Worldwide Academy, Geneva. She has undergone training in field of Genetics & Molecular Techniques at Institute of Human Genetics FRIGE House, Gujarat, India.
